Apertura del laboratorio alle visite.
Vi racconterò del mio mestiere e vi offrirò una panoramica sui suoi segreti: Come nasce un cappello fatto a mano, i materiali di cui è fatto, le forme antiche e gli
attrezzi particolari che si usano per modellarlo. Potrete saperne di più su un mestiere ormai raro e sul mondo della modisteria.
Parleremo dei diversi modelli di cappello da uomo e da donna e di etichetta e galateo.
Una pausa interessante di circa un'ora fra una giornata di escursioni alle 5 Terre ed una visita alla città della Spezia.

La visita al laboratorio + personalizzazione del proprio cappello.
Vi racconterò del mio mestiere e vi offrirò una panoramica sui suoi segreti: Come nasce un cappello fatto a mano, i materiali di cui è fatto, le forme antiche
e gli attrezzi particolari che si usano per modellarlo. Potrete saperne di più su un mestiere ormai raro e sul mondo della modisteria.
Parleremo dei diversi modelli di cappello da uomo e da donna e di etichetta e galateo.
Dopo questa introduzione potrete passare all'azione e personalizzare il vostro cappello:
Avrete a disposizione un cappello unisex con tesa precedentemente modellato da me, cucirete il gros grain interno adattandolo alla vostra taglia e potrete scegliere ed applicare personalmente la
fascia di finitura della cupola.
Vivrete una bella esperienza, tornerete a casa con nuove competenze ed un cappello tutto vostro realizzato con materiali di qualità e che vi calzerà alla perfezione.
La durata sarà di circa 2 ore.

Opening of the studio to visits.
I will tell you of my craft, giving an overview of its secrets: How a hat is made, the materials it is made of, the antique and peculiar tools and moulds that I use to shape it.
You will learn more on an old and rare craftsmanship and on the millinery world.
We will chat about different hat styles for woman and man and about hat etiquette.
It will be a nice and interesting 1 hour break between a trip to 5 Terre and a visit to the town of La Spezia.

A HAT OF MY OWN
Visit to the studio + customisation of the hat.
I will tell you of my craft, giving an overview of its secrets: How a hat is made, the materials it is made of, the antique and peculiar tools and moulds that I use to shape it.
You will learn more on an old and rare craftsmanship and on the millinery world.
We will chat about different hat styles for woman and man and about hat etiquette.
After this introduction you will take action and customize your hat:
You will get a unisex brimmed hat, previously blocked by me, you will sew the inner band and choose and sew the ribbon to trim the crown.
After an enriching experience you will leave with new skills and a handmade high quality hat.
The duration will be about 2 hours.
